Daca mi-a reusit sau nu, astept sa-mi spuneti voi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Va invit sa o savurati langa un pahar rece de apa. :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Reteta e cea clasica pentru dulceata: 1kg zahar la un kg fruct. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Cum fructele s-au dovedit foarte dulci (normal daca au fost culese de fetitele mele :)) am folosit 800gr zahar/1kg fruct.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Se face un sirop din zahar si 100ml apa. Se adauga si zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie. Cand siropul este legat se adauga fructele spalate foarte bine.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Se fierbe la foc mic pana dulceata "se tine" de farfurie. :) Nu prea mult insa ca sa nu fie prea tare.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;PS. Din exces de zel cred ca am tinut-o prea mult la foc. Cum suntem in Postul Craciunului m-am gandit ca acesta prajitura va prinde bine unora. Eu am facut-o deja de 3 ori si cred ca in weekend mai fac o portie. Intamplator am vazut acesta reteta pe alt blog, drag mie dealtfel, dar cum acesta prajitura o stiu de la mama, de pe vremea cand nu era moda "blogurilor" o voi posta aici, fara sa consider ca am copiat-o.&lt;div&gt;Scriu pe acest blog pentru mine mai mult si pentru fetele mele oricum. Si acum sa trecem la reteta propriu zisa.&lt;div&gt;Pe cat de simpla e reteta si usor de facut (cred ca si barbatilor le-ar iesi :)) pe atat de buna e. (parerea fetelor mele :))&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingrediente :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 cani faina;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 cani gris;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 cani zahar + 5 linguri (ptr mere);&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- un plic praf de copt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 100 gr margarina pentru uns tava;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 kg mere;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 lingurite scortisoara pudra;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 pliculete zahar vanilat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se regleaza intai cuptorul la 200 gr.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se amesteca zaharul, faina, grisul si praful de copt intr-un bol pentru omogenizare.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Merele se spala si se curata de cotor si samburi. Se rad pe razataorea mare. Se amesteca cu cele 5 linguri zahar si 2 lg scortisoara.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se unge tava cu margarina. Se presara jumatatea din compozitia de faina+gris+zahar. Deasupra se pune jumatate din compozitia de mere. Se repeta operatia cu cantitatea ramasa. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se baga in cuptorul incalzit si se lasa aprox. 30 min. Depinde si de cuptorinsa ... din acest motiv e bine de verificat dupa 20 min. Si asta nu pentru ca nu am mai facut prajituri :)&lt;div&gt;Recent am facut o prajitura cu foi de napolitana pe care o stiam de mult de la o prietena E usor de facut, delicioasa si de post (daca se inlocuieste untul cu margarina).&lt;br /&gt;Aveti nevoie de:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- un pachet foi de napolitana;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 200g zahar;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 4 lg cacao; 4 lg miere;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 250g nuca macinata (prajita in prealabil);&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- un pachet unt (sau margarina);&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- esenta de rom&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se ard 2 lg zahar si se adauga o cana de apa. Se pun apoi 4 linguri cacao, 4 linguri miere, un pachet unt, esenta de rom si nuca macinata.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Compozitia astfel obtinuta se fierbe pana "nu mai cade de pe lingura" (ca la dulceata). Atentie: nu fierbeti exagerat de mult, deoarece nu o mai puteti intinde apoi pe foi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Foarte repede se intinde compozitia  pe foile de napolitana si se preseaza foarte bine. Deasupra se poate pune glazura de caramel sau ciocolata. Se adauga drojdie cat o nuca (dizolvata in 3 lg lapte) si faina cat cuprinde, pentru a obtine un aluat fraged. Din acesta se fac 4 foi (3 - daca tava este mai mare).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se unge tava cu margarina sau se foloseste o folie de aluminiu. Se pune prima foaie care se unge cu un strat de gem acrisor. Apoi se pune a doua foaie peste care se presara un strat de nuca inmuiata cu 2 albusuri batute spuma. Peste a treia foaie se pune un strat de rahat taiat feliute subtiri. Se bate un albus spuma cu 3 lg de zahar vanilat. Acesta se intinde peste ultima foiae. La sfarsit se presara nuca macinata amestecata cu 3lg zahar tos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se incalzeste cuptorul la 200 grade si se coace prajitura la foc potrivit pana se rumeneste deasupra. Se taie cand este calduta.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sper sa o incercati si voi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pofta buna. Nu stiu daca sunt persoane carora nu le plac clatitele, stiu insa ca cei pe care ii cunosc nu ar refuza clatitele mele. :) Si cand spun aceasta ma refer la fetita mea si sotul meu. :)&lt;br /&gt;Clatitele sunt relativ usor de facut, doar ca iau mult timp sa le coci. :(&lt;br /&gt;Pentru ~ 20 clatite ai nevoie de: 3-4 oua; 1,5l lapte; 0,5l apa minerala; 3 pliculete zahar vanilat; faina cat cuprinde (trebuie sa obtinem o compozitie ca o smantana).&lt;br /&gt;Se bat ouale cu telul si cu zaharul pudra, se adauga apa minerala, laptele si faina apoi.&lt;br /&gt;Se coc in tigaia incinsa si cu putin ulei, pentru fiecare clatita. Mie imi place in mod deosebit sa le intorc pe cealalta parte, prin aruncare in aer. Este o reteta relativ simpla dupa parerea mea (o imbinare din ce stiam eu si ce am vazut la o prietena acum cativa ani). Oricum, fiecare gospodina are "mana ei" la facut cozonaci :) si sunt sigura ca fiecare foloseste reteta proprie.&lt;br /&gt;Va invit totusi la o felie de &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;cozonaci cu nuca.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Pentru 2 cozonaci (mari):&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 kg faina cal I; 4 oua; drojdie cat doua nuci (sau 2 pliculete drojdie, care se amesteca cu faina); o cana zahar, 100 gr unt (margarina); sare;  200gr smantana (iaurt gras); 1/2l lapte; arome;  o cescuta ulei;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 gr nuca macinata; 4lg cacao; 300gr rahat; esenta rom; o cana zahar; stafide.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   Peste faina - cernuta in prealabil -  se toarna drojdia care a fost frecata cu o lg zahar si 3 lg iaurt. Se lasa la cald ~ 15min. Se adauga apoi ouale (numai galbenusurile), restul de zahar, untul, sarea, esenta de vanilie, laptele caldut si iaurtul. Se poate pune si coaja rasa de la o portocala si lamaie. Se framanta bine (fara a mai adauga faina decat daca alaut este f moale), cel putin 30min. Folosim uleiul la framantat si aluatul va fi gata cand vom vedea ca se desprinde de pe maini si apar mici bule de aer prin el. Se lasa la crescut apoi, intr-un loc cald, cel putin 2 ore.&lt;br /&gt;     Cat creste aluatul, se prepara umplutura de nuca: albusurile ramase,putina sare si o cana de zahar se bat cu mixerul pana obtinem o crema ca pentru bezele. Se adauga apoi nuca macinata, stafidele, esenta de rom (o sticluta) si 4 lg cacao. Se poate adauga eventual si putina dulceata de cirese negre sau visine (cine are :)).&lt;br /&gt; Cand alautul a crescut suficient, se intinde o foaie cu ulei, se pun bucati mici de rahat taiat si dat prin faina si umplutura de nuca. Se ruleaza si se pune cozonacul in forma unsa cu margarina si tapetata cu faina. Se mai lasa sa creasca in tava o ora. Dupa ce au crescut (din compozitie ies 2 cozonaci mari sau 3 potriviti) se ung cu ou amestecat cu putin lapte si zahar si se baga in cuptorul incalzit. Se lasa 10 min., la 250grade, apoi la 180grade inca 30-40min. Se verifica inainte de a fi scosi cu scobitoarea, bineanteles.&lt;br /&gt;    Dupa ce ii scoatem, ii ungem cu sirop obtinut prin fierberea a 150ml apa si 5lg zahar. Cand s-au racit putin putem presara zahar pudra deasupra.&lt;br /&gt;   Cam greu? Asa spun de fiecare data inainte de a face cozonaci... dar dupa mi se pare chiar placut sa ii fac, mai ales ca acum ma ajuta si fetita mea la framantat. Eu fac cam 2-3 portii deoarece sunt preferatii familiei de sarbatori... normal nu fac cozonaci decat de 2-3 ori pe an :(.&lt;br /&gt;   Sarbatori fericite tuturor si sa aveti parte de multe bucuriialturi de familie si cei dragi.&lt;br /&gt;   Hristos a Inviat!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PS. Se adauga apoi apa fiebinte si se mai amesteca 2 minute.&lt;br /&gt;Se tapeteaza cu faina si margarina o forma circulara si se toarna compozitia in ea. Se baga in cuptorul preancalzit si se coace cca. 45-50 min. la 180gr.&lt;br /&gt;Rezultatul poate fi ca cel din foto alaturat. E bine sa nu obisnuim copii cu dulciuri prea multe dar uneori cei mici vor ceva "bun". Fetitei mele ii plac mult jeleurile, cicolata si prajiturile... :( Desi stiu ca nu e bine, uneori nu ii pot refuza palcerea de a i le oferi. Inghetata este insa pe primul lor in topul preferintelor ei.&lt;br /&gt;Am insa prietene care interzic copiilor lor cicolata si dulciurile din comert total. Parerea mea e ca va exista la un moment dat tentatia de a le cumpara, iar daca cei mici nu au fost obisnuiti cu ele, s-ar putea sa faca diverse alergii. Acest aspect este bineanteles, discutabil.&lt;br /&gt;M-am gandit sa fac aceasta rubrica, dedicata dulciurilor pentru copii pentru ca doresc sa aflu (de la cei care vor dori sa posteze comentari) ce dulciuri  prefera copii lor si masura in care le consuma.&lt;br /&gt;De multe ori eu fac un dulcic (sarlota, clatite, fursecuri) adhoc si acestea sunt cele mai reusite.&lt;br /&gt;Stiu insa ca fructele sunt cel mai potrivit desert pentru copii. Si acest lucru i-l reamintesc zilnic fetitei mele.&lt;br /&gt;Astazi cred ca cel mai potrivit desert va fi o salata de fructe.... :), ca tot pomenii de fructe. Am fost reticenta la inceput ca imi va reusi. Mancasem asa ceva la Starbucks&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;dar nu ma gandisem sa si il fac acasa. Ma bucur ca am incercat si cred ca sunt multi corora le-ar placea sa guste macar o felie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;            Pentru reusita aveti nevoie de bunavointa, rabdare si .... urmatoarele ingrediente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A:   2 oua,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;175 gr. zahar, 175 ml ulei de porumb, 2 cani pline cu morcov (dulce)ras fin, o cana stafide, o cana nuca taiata bucatele mici, sare, o lingurita scortisoara, putina esenta rom, 200 gr. faina (care are incorporat praf de copt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;  B:   400 gr. Philadephia,100 gr zahar pudra, un plic zahar vanilat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;    &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Se amesteca foarte bine cu mixerul zaharul cu uleiul de porumb si cele doua oua. Se adauga apoi celelalte ingrediente, amestecand continuu, pana se obtine o compozitie omogena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;Se tapeteaza o forma de tort cu margarina si cu faina. Se toarna compozitia si se coace 35' la 180grade, in cuptorul preancalzit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;    Dupa ce este copt, tortul se lasa putin sa se raceasca. La sfarsit se adauga laptele. Trebuie sa obtineti o compozitie ca o smantana groasa.&lt;br /&gt;Pentru crema: 1/2 kg branza vaci, 2 oua, 1 pahar zahar pudra, 1-2 lg. faina, 100 gr stafide si esenta de vanilie. Se omogenizeaza  toate.&lt;br /&gt;Se unge o tava circulara cu margarina si se tapeteaza cu putina faina. Se toarna jumatate din compozitie in tava, apoi se pune crema de branza. Deasupra se pune restul de compozitie. Se da la cuptor 50-60 min., la 175grade. Eu prefer sa il fac plat si sa il acopar cu frisca, nuca de cocos sau nutella. Sunt sigura ca multi stiu aceasta reteta. Pentru cei care sunt curiosi totusi .....&lt;br /&gt;Aveti nevoie de: 10 linguri zahar; 250gr zahar, 350gr biscuiti aromati, 200gr rahat, 3 linguri cacao, 100gr unt, 4lg apa, putina dulceata de cirese sau visine, stafide, 2 pliculete zahar vanilat si esenta de rom.&lt;br /&gt;Apa si zaharul se pune la fier pana se leaga un sirop. Se adauga apoi untul si rahatul taiat bucati micisi rahatul taiat cubulete. Dupa ce s-a topit partial rahatul, se adauga 3 cacao, zaharul vanilat, biscuitii maruntiti fin, dulceata si stafidele.&lt;br /&gt;Se ia de pe foc si se omogenizeaza compozitia. Atentie: bicuitii se pun treptat. Compozitia nu trebuie sa fie prea tare, deoarece ea se va intari dupa racire si va fi dificil sa il feliati apoi.&lt;br /&gt;La sfarsit se adauga esenta de rom.&lt;br /&gt;Se modeleaza compozitia pe un platoul pe care am pus in prealabil nuca de cocos. Se poate orna, dupa racire, dupa cum am spus  cu frisca sau nutella. Se tine la rece min. 2 ore.&lt;br /&gt;Veti avea astfel un desert gustos.&lt;br /&gt;PS. Se amesteca bine pana compozitia devine ca o spuma groasa. Se adauga si cele doua galbenusuri, amestecand treptat. Se pune apoi coniacul si migdalele maruntite fin. La sfarsit se adauga praful de copt si faina, amestecand mereu. Trebuie sa obitnem un alut fraged. Din el se fac bilute potrivite, de aceeasi dimensiune. In varf ele trebuie crustate putin , pentru ca zaharul pudra pe care il vom folosi la sfarsit sa se mentina pe ele.&lt;br /&gt;Se incinge cuptorul la 170 de grade C. In tava de copt se pune o folie de aluminu si se aseaza bilutele facute, la distanta unele de altele. Se tin la cuptor ~30 minute, la tem. de 170 grade C. Atentie: nu trebuie sa se arda, ci doar sa capete o culoare galbuie.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa coacere, se scot pe un platou si se lasa sa se raceasca. Abia cand sunt reci sunt trecute prin zahar pudra (sa fie acoperite in intregime).&lt;br /&gt;Sunt bune si la o luna dupa  ce le-ati facut, ideal fiind sa fie pastrate in cutii si sa fie acoperite de zahar pudra.&lt;br /&gt;Pofta buna.&lt;br /&gt;PS. Eu am folosit ingredientele (margarina si untura) din Grecia si Cipru. Cred insa ca si cele romanesti sunt ok. Acestea sunt prajiturelele traditionale de Craciun la greci si ciprioti.&lt;br /&gt;Am avut fericirea sa invat cum se fac aceste delicioase prajituri cu almond de la mama unei bune prietene. Cred ca voi face o portie de proba zilele acestea, sa vad daca imi vor iesi la fel ca cele de anul trecut.&lt;br /&gt;Fotografia alaturata sper sa fie concludenta.
